These Terms of Business (“Terms”) govern the provision of services by Webhix Studios Limited (“Webhix”, “we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“the client”, “you”).

By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.


1. About Webhix

Services: Shopify development, fixes, integrations, ongoing support, and related services.


2. Our Services

Webhix provides practical Shopify development services, including but not limited to:

  • Theme fixes and adjustments

  • Performance and speed improvements

  • App setup and light integrations

  • Design and UX improvements

  • Ongoing Shopify support and maintenance

All services are provided on a best-effort basis, tailored to the client’s specific needs.


3. The Free Fix Offer

We offer a one-time free Shopify fix subject to the following conditions:

  • The store must be generating under £10,000 GBP in monthly revenue

  • The issue must reasonably be solvable within 30 minutes

  • Eligibility and scope are determined solely by Webhix

  • One free fix per store / business

  • The free fix is not guaranteed and may be declined if it exceeds scope or complexity

If the issue falls outside the free fix scope, we will provide a non-obligatory quote for the work.

4. Quotes & Paid Work

  • All paid work is quoted before work begins

  • Quotes are non-binding and valid for a limited time

  • Accepting a quote confirms agreement to proceed

  • No obligation exists until the client explicitly approves the quote

We may offer:

  • One-off project pricing

  • Personalised plans

  • Ongoing or long-term support arrangements


5. Support & Availability

Webhix operates with a flexible, distributed team working across multiple time zones.

  • Support requests can be submitted at any time

  • We aim to respond within 24 hours

  • Responses may occur outside traditional business hours

  • Real-time or instant support is not guaranteed

Urgency and turnaround depend on workload, request size, and agreed plans.


6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Grant necessary access to Shopify stores, apps, and tools

  • Maintain backups unless otherwise agreed

  • Review and test delivered work promptly

Webhix is not responsible for delays caused by missing information or access.


7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • All custom code and work created by Webhix becomes the client’s property once paid in full

  • Webhix retains the right to reuse general knowledge, techniques, and non-identifiable solutions


8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Webhix is not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • We do not guarantee increased revenue, conversions, or rankings

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service


9. Termination

Either party may end services at any time.
Outstanding work already completed must be paid.


10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.


11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
